All Yukon-Eagle multi-fuel wood furnaces come with a 30-year limited warranty.
Before ordering replacement parts, check your serial number and your warranty. Warranted parts vary in price 0% to 100% of published prices, depending on age of furnace. (Example: A 19-year-old furnace firebox still has a 20% warranty discount from current published prices)

I called last Wednesday about 4:00 P.M. and first thing was surprised when a real person answered the phone no going thru a series of numbers to get a real person.
