FURNACE CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS

EAGLE IV furnaces have been manufactured for over 25 years. The result is the furnace you buy today is made to last longer, take more abuse and is more efficient. Our 20-year Limited Warranty says that. The firebox is made of heavy 10 and 12-gauge steel. The firebrick is held in with type 304 stainless steel retainers. The baffles and secondary heat exchanger are also made of types 304 stainless. Our casing is made of 20-22-gauge pain-lock steel (the same as an automobile body).
